Joining our Team as a Junior System Administrator means:

  • Supporting our Employees in everyday troubleshooting;
  • Configuring hardware and software (Windows, MacOS, Ubuntu, iOS, Android)
  • Managing users and user accounts in our tools;
  • Overseeing our antivirus software;
  • System admin and configuration;
  • Automating processes (Bash, Powershell, n8n);
  • Creating documentation and instructions.

You will be a perfect match if you:

  • Have at least 3-12 months of experience in similar capacity;
  • Have at least basic understanding of LAN/WAN network;
  • Have great communication skills in Polish and English and you like to work with people;
  • Are independent and have problem-solving skills;
  • Have knowledge and experience of solving issues in Windows, Ubuntu, MacOS;
  • Are familiar with managing Slack, Jira, and Confluence from the Administrator’s side;
  • Are knowledgeable about how hardware is built.

It’s great if you also have:

  • Experience with UEM software (Unified Endpoint Management), especially JumpCloud;
  • Experience with managing antivirus software;
  • Basic coding knowledge (simple scripts in Bash, PowerShell)
