What is Open Loyalty?

Open Loyalty is API-first loyalty engine for introducing loyalty and gamification features fast and at scale Product teams use our engine to extend their toolkits with loyalty and gamification components like points, tiers, referrals, rewards, achievements, coupons and others. As an API-first loyalty software, we're an alternative to heavy, monolithic loyalty program software, or developing loyalty features from scratch. On a daily basis, experts use Open Loyalty to create and manage loyalty campaigns based on triggers, conditions and effects.

The solution is used by 45 companies across various industries, coming from 25+ countries and including brands such as Limango, Heineken, Ugami, ALDO, and the United States Soccer Federation.

We are 40 loyalty and marketing professionals who are here to disrupt the future of the loyalty industry.

Monthly salary:  25.000 - 30.000 PLN net B2B

In your role you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, implementing and maintaining cloud infrastructure for SaaS product;
  • Building out scalable solutions for our high-performing customers;
  • Releasing a new version of the product to the staging and production environment in close cooperation with product team;
  • Maintaining production environments and support product team in solving problems during on-calls;
  • Designing and implementing monitoring tools together with the team;
  • Working closely with developers and devops to support infrastructure configuration and service launches;
  • Supporting developers in infrastructure configuration issues;
  • Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives, technologies and by creating, maintaining and improving CI/CD processes.

You will be a perfect match if you:

  • Have solid knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker;
  • Have experience with implementing CI/CD processes (GitLab);
  • Have a strong experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS);
  • Have experience with Infrastructure as a Code practices (Terraform, Terragrunt, Helm);
  • Proficiency in AWS technologies, including EKS, RDS, Elasticache, EC2, S3, VPC, and security groups

We'll be thrilled if you have:

  • Understanding of PHP-like applications;
  • Can work with tools like AWS Cloud​Formation, Serverless framework, Ansible;
  • Experience managing large AWS production environments (1 million to 50 million customers)
  • Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in high-availability environments;
  • Experience in application and infrastructure monitoring;
