At Open Loyalty, we help businesses maximize the usage of their products and services with loyalty and gamification mechanics.
We do that by offering an API-first loyalty toolkit/engine for driving the acquisition, engagement, and retention of their customers.
Companies use Open Loyalty to introduce features such as points, tiers, rewards, referrals, coupons, challenges, and more, faster than developing them from scratch.
The solution is used by 50+ companies across various industries, coming from 27+ markets and including brands such as Limango, Heineken, Ugami, ALDO, or the U.S. Soccer Federation. We are 40+ loyalty and technology professionals who are here to disrupt the future of the loyalty industry.


What you will do:

  • Financial closure of the month - supervising the process and coordinating it between the company and our external accounting bureau;
  • Preparation of reports and financial analysis and presenting them to the Board;
  • Analysis and coordination of budgeting and forecasting;
  • Ownership over finances, accounting, controlling, and managing the cash flow;
  • Analysis and coordination and optimization of financial processes at the company;
  • Overseeing the prep of annual financial and management statements;
  • Being the point of contact with external institutions - financial and regulatory;
  • Realizing the financial strategy of the company.  

You will be a perfect match if you are…

  • A finance specialist with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Experienced working in B2B SaaS companies (preferred) or tech firms;
  • A finance or accounting graduate;
  • A people-person - you enjoy working with others and others enjoy working with you;
  • Fluent in Polish (C2) and English (at least B2).
