What you will do:
- Financial closure of the month - supervising the process and coordinating it between the company and our external accounting bureau;
- Preparation of reports and financial analysis and presenting them to the Board;
- Analysis and coordination of budgeting and forecasting;
- Ownership over finances, accounting, controlling, and managing the cash flow;
- Analysis and coordination and optimization of financial processes at the company;
- Overseeing the prep of annual financial and management statements;
- Being the point of contact with external institutions - financial and regulatory;
- Realizing the financial strategy of the company.
You will be a perfect match if you are…
- A finance specialist with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Experienced working in B2B SaaS companies (preferred) or tech firms;
- A finance or accounting graduate;
- A people-person - you enjoy working with others and others enjoy working with you;
- Fluent in Polish (C2) and English (at least B2).
