s.Oliver SLO, the retail company behind s.Oliver and comma stores in Slovenia, Croatia, and Serbia, has selected Open Loyalty as the loyalty engine for the next generation of its s.Oliver Card program.
The s.Oliver Card is one of the region's established fashion loyalty programs, rewarding shoppers with purchase-based bonuses and VIP benefits across roughly 60 stores in three markets.
With Open Loyalty's API-first engine, the team gains a flexible foundation for managing loyalty rules, rewards, and campaigns across all three countries - independent of the POS system the program previously relied on.
The implementation is led by FrodX, Open Loyalty's partner in the Adriatic region.
s.Oliver is one of Europe's best-known fashion brands, founded in 1969 and present in more than 30 countries.
Let’s talk
The implementation is led by FrodX, Open Loyalty's partner in the Adriatic region. FrodX manages the project end to end - from loyalty program design to integration with s.Oliver's retail technology stack - with Open Loyalty providing the underlying loyalty engine and loyalty expertise.
Loyalty logic built into POS systems is hard to change: every new rule, reward, or campaign requires engineering work on the checkout system.
Fashion retailers increasingly move to dedicated, API-first loyalty engines like Open Loyalty so marketing teams can launch and adjust campaigns quickly, without modifying the POS.
Open Loyalty is an API-first loyalty engine for building points, tiers, referrals, coupons, and gamification into any customer experience. It powers loyalty programs for brands such as Heineken, Borrowell, limango, and EQUIVA, and is designed to integrate with existing POS, e-commerce, and marketing automation systems.
