We are looking for a results-driven Product Marketing Manager who can join our growing Open Loyalty team to expand to new markets, accelerate our growth and help us revolutionize the loyalty marketing industry.

About the role

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will become a part of our marketing team and take ownership of the marketing of our product.

Salary: 14000 - 16000 PLN net + VAT / month

Your scope of responsibility will include:

  • Lead generation: you will contribute to generating MQLs and converting them into SQLs
  • Content creation and distribution: you will work closely with our content managers to create the highest-quality pieces of content that will generate demand, nurture clients and help them succeed while using our product
  • Landing page creation and optimization: you will use our pre-build website framework to quickly create new or update existing websites (info site, documentation site) while making sure they are  SEO-optimized
  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns: you will design and implement marketing campaigns eg. co-promotion with partners, campaigns in comparison sites, PR campaigns to get backlinks, email nurturing campaigns, etc.
  • Analytics and reporting: our decision-making is always data-driven, so you will be tasked with running analytics and preparing reports of marketing activities 
  • Co-creating the marketing strategy with the founders and the rest of the marketing team

You’ll be a perfect match if you are…

  • T-shaped marketer focused on inbound and content marketing
  • Communicative: you will work closely with many internal stakeholders from various teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success, Founders) as well as the clients and loyalty experts to distill user insights and improve our product 
  • Fast learner: you don’t have to know every tool that’s out there; however, you should be willing to learn new things
  • Experienced with common marketing tools: SEO tools (e.g. Surfer, Ahrefs), CRM tools (eg. HubSpot) and no-code CMS systems (eg. Webflow), PM tools (e.g. Asana), and graphic design tools (eg. Figma) 
  • Have a go-getter attitude and can work independently based on limited information
  • Data-oriented: you seek answers in data
  • Fluent in English - both written and spoken
  • Experience in product marketing for a solution with a CRM component will be a plus.
