About the role
Minimum requirements

Skills and experience needed to succeed:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing or strategic account development is a plus
    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with HS, Lemlist, Apollo
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
    Self-motivated with excellent organizational
    skills

Your responsibilities will include

You will be responsible for driving pipeline generation and keeping early-stage sales conversations active across multiple channels, with a strong focus on quality discovery meetings and long-term relationship building.

In your day-to-day work, you:

  • Book inbound and outbound Discovery Meetings with ICP  (Ideal Customer Profile) leads
  • Run outbound, activation, and re-engagement campaigns to generate and nurture qualified opportunities
  • Build and manage automated nurturing sequences to support Account Executives
  • Maintain and enrich HubSpot CRM data to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Nurture long-term relationships with prospects who are not yet ready to buy
  • Track campaign performance and optimize outbound activities based on data and OKRs
