How the Program Works

The SwipeRx loyalty program is a status tier program that allows members to earn points, redeem rewards, and enjoy additional benefits unlocked with higher status tiers.

The loyalty program is free for all members. All active SwipeRx users automatically join as loyalty program members once they verify their SwipeRx account.

New members start their membership at the Bronze tier and move up the tier structure.

The minimum number of points varies depending on their spending habits. Meeting the minimum point goal will automatically allow them to move to the next tier. On top of that, loyalty program members have access to monthly promotions that can help them accumulate even more loyalty points to exchange for rewards.

User memberships are automatically renewed providing they've made a purchase in the last 12 months. If no purchase was made, the membership expires.

Each loyalty program member receives various monthly promotions to earn more points.

SwipeRx also creates monthly loyalty campaigns, giving members the opportunity to earn more points each month and enjoy savings on pharmaceutical supplies.

Tiers are calculated based on points earned, i.e. member spend. Each tier has a minimum requirement to accumulate verified points. Whenever a member tops the minimum points threshold, their tier is automatically upgraded to a higher one.

Of course, the higher the tier, the better the special offers loyalty members receive. Tiers are indirectly based on member spend; as such, the supplies expenses incurred by the pharmacies each month are offset by the loyalty program savings.

The role of the loyalty engine in the program

The loyalty engine provides the following features into the program:

  • Points: five distinct point categories (e.g., pending, verified, exchanged)
  • Tiers: five status tiers plus a special cashback tier
  • Rewards: a catalog of redeemable rewards
