About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven salesperson who can join our growing team as a Senior Account Executive.

You will help us expand our business with custom implementation projects to accelerate our growth, and maximize the value we deliver to our clients. You will be working on developing your own opportunities,  leveraging your professional network and expertise in the process, and actively optimizing our go-to-market strategy and execution tactics.

Our HQ is in Poland, and our reach is truly global. This role is fully remote.

Minimum requirements
Your responsibilities will include
  • Initiating strategic conversations with senior decision-makers, often before a formal buying process exists
  • Guiding prospects through early-stage exploration — helping them understand the value of loyalty and gamification in their context
  • Challenging existing assumptions and educating prospects on market trends and strategic opportunities
  • Preparing persuasive business cases, ROI arguments, and materials to help prospects build internal consensus
  • Leading discovery sessions that uncover business drivers and co-creating solution roadmaps
  • Performing engaging product demos contextualized in a strategic vision, not just product walkthroughs,
  • Managing a full sales cycle from discovery to closure,
  • Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship nurturing
  • Regularly updating forecasts, CRM data, and collaborating closely with marketing and product teams

  • You successfully sold complex implementation projects. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a clear track record of closed deals to prove your experience in navigating the complex enterprise sales process.  
  • You are great at identifying and shaping early-stage interest. Many of our conversations start before a formal buying process exists. You know how to guide prospects from curiosity to clarity by helping them understand the business value of loyalty and gamification.
  • You are a trusted advisor. Our prospects often come with interest but without a clear roadmap. You’ll help them shape the vision, build a business case, and convince internal stakeholders.
  • You bring a challenger mindset. You’re comfortable pushing back and reframing how prospects see loyalty and customer engagement.
  • You thrive in outbound sales, but also know how to work with inbound leads where there’s interest but no immediate buying intent — helping prospects go from exploration to action.
  • You know how to help prospects navigate internal buying dynamics — equipping champions with materials and arguments to build support across their organization.
  • You know how to sell when there’s no RFP. You’re skilled at leading conversations that result in new projects, even if the client didn’t think they needed one yet.
  • Bonus points if you have technical knowledge of API-first architectures, CRM or e-commerce platforms, and can speak the same language as developers when discussing integration requirements, RFP/RFI processes.
