About the role
Minimum requirements

We’re looking for a professional who has demonstrated experience in these areas:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing a technical product where the user is also a developer or technical stakeholder.
  • Direct experience working with or managing a cloud infrastructure team (preferably AWS). You should be comfortable discussing concepts like scalability, microservices, and cost optimization.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • A data-driven approach to product management, with experience in defining and analyzing key metrics to measure product success.
  • Fluency in Polish (C2) and English (C1+).
Your responsibilities will include

As a Product Manager at Open Loyalty, you won't just be building features—you'll be shaping the very foundation of our core product. This is a unique opportunity to lead and inspire a high-performing team by owning both the customer-facing product experience and the underlying infrastructure that makes it all possible.

Product & Customer Vision

  • Own the product roadmap for a headless, API-first SaaS platform, defining and prioritizing solutions for customer problems and drive business growth.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, conducting user interviews, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with our sales and customer success teams to identify opportunities.
  • Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborating with a dedicated team of backend, frontend, QA, and product design specialists to build exceptional experiences.
  • Define and analyze key metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and make data-informed decisions.

Cloud Operations & Technical Strategy

  • Bridge the gap between product vision and technical execution by partnering with our CloudOps team to ensure our platform is scalable, reliable, and cost-effective.
  • Manage the technical roadmap for core infrastructure initiatives, prioritizing projects like platform migration, performance optimization, and implementing new services.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused outcomes that align with our strategic goals.
  • Drive operational excellence by helping to define best practices, improve incident response, and foster a culture of shared responsibility for platform health.
It's great if you also have

While not required, a candidate with experience in any of the following areas will get our attention:

  • Experience with loyalty programs, SaaS business models, or headless/API-first platforms.
  • A deep understanding of the AWS ecosystem, including certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect).
  • Previous experience as a developer or in a highly technical role.
  • Experience with managing a team of developers or CloudOps engineers.
  • A strong network within the product management or cloud computing communities.
