The solution is used by 60+ companies from retail, insurance, and CPG sectors, coming from 43+ markets and including brands such as Limango, Heineken, JTI, ALDO, or the U.S. Soccer Federation. We are 50+ loyalty and technology professionals who are here to disrupt the future of the loyalty industry.

Salary:
up to 26,000 PLN / month on B2B

Location: remote (We have an office in Wrocław, Poland, and you are more than welcome to visit)

Minimum requirements

You’ll be a perfect match if you bring the following to the table…

  • Experience: You must have 7–10+ years in software engineering, with at least 3–5 years in solution/enterprise architecture roles, ideally within an API-first or headless product company offering services surrounding that product;
  • Technical Skills: You must have:  
    • Strong hands-on experience with PHP/Symfony
    • Strong experience in system and solution architecture, ideally in SaaS, loyalty, or large-scale transactional platforms.
    • Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred: EKS, RDS/Aurora, S3, Redis, Kinesis/SQS/Kafka).
    • Proficiency in API-first design, microservices, event-driven architecture, and data pipelines.
    • Understanding of databases at scale (PostgreSQL, partitioning, indexing, caching, sharding).
  • Consulting and soft skills:
    • Problem-Solving:  You must be a strong analytical thinker who translates complex business problems into clear technical solutions, with solid problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to balancing ideal and practical trade-offs.
    • Communication: You must be an excellent communicator, capable of explaining architecture to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Approach: Pragmatic, delivery‑focused, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • AI: You are proactively exploring and evaluating AI tools and solutions, identifying practical use cases, assessing risks/costs, and integrating them to improve delivery speed, quality, and customer outcomes.
It’s a plus if you have loyalty, e‑commerce, or martech domain experience.

Your responsibilities will include
  • Architectural design and strategy: You will be responsible for  
    • Designing end-to-end architecture (APIs, services, integrations, data flows).
    • Ensuring non-functional requirements (scalability, security, compliance, SLAs).
    • Evaluating and selecting technologies, cloud services, 3rd-party systems.
    • Working with stakeholders (business and technical) to align system design with needs.
    • Client solutions (pre‑ and post‑sales)
      • Lead discovery, translate business goals into solution designs, scope/estimate work, and contribute to SOWs.
      • Present architectures to technical and executive stakeholders; handle RFPs and security/architecture questionnaires.
      • Oversee PoCs and pilots; de‑risk solutions before scale‑out.
  • Client Solutions: You will work directly with clients to understand their business needs and design custom solutions using our product, ensuring seamless integration and a positive customer experience.
  • Code and Implementation: You will contribute to the codebase, conduct code reviews, and oversee the implementation of key features and integrations.‍
  • Innovation and R&D: You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, proposing and implementing new ideas to enhance our product and processes.
